Job Profile Summary:

Deliver business outcomes for strategic cross-functional customer projects or programs in the enterprise space.

Responsible for oversight of multiple customer projects or programs. There is a high degree of risk. Program objectives address complex cross-functional interdependencies between cross-functional efforts that share resources, in ones own organization as well as the customer's organization.

Demonstrates stewardship over governance and best practices across a portfolio, establishing guidelines and best practices for all delivery team members within the portfolio. Owns all project management for the portfolio, including communication, risk management, escalation management, and change management at a program level, both in ones own organization as well as the customer's organization as much as possible.

Strategic partner to leadership, the account team, and the delivery team, contributing to activities such as roadmap planning, account expansion, and delivery of a technical portfolio.
