Position: Mid-Level Project Portfolio Manager

Duration: 12-month contract (potential to extend to 18 months or convert to full-time)

Location: Fully Remote, Hybrid (NYC or Charlotte preferred), or Relocation Required (TBD)

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and personable Mid-Level Project Portfolio Manager to join an established, fast-paced team. This role involves managing 7-13 projects simultaneously, focusing on IT asset deployment, infrastructure, networks, and business outcomes in real estate footprints for acquired companies or newly planned offices. The candidate will also oversee the drawdown of divested company portfolios. A Junior PMO Delivery Analyst will support this role by handling day-to-day management, coordination, and reporting activities.

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver multiple projects, including success criteria, timelines, and vendor management.
• Plan, drive, and track project outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with global teams and manage stakeholders across various time zones.
• Utilize JIRA, Power BI, and Agile methodologies for efficient project management.
• Draft comprehensive project plans, define objectives, and allocate resources effectively.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior team members to foster growth and success.
• Communicate with stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
