They are looking for a IT PMO & Governance VP to join a leading

#UAE based company working across multiple industries

Summary:

Overall responsibility of the VP PMO & Governance is to support in defining IT strategy in alignment with business objectives and ensuring that the IT projects and initiatives deliver the functionalities and services necessary to achieve business goals.

Supporting Head of PMO & Governance in development of IT Governance and PMO model that includes frameworks, controls, and reporting mechanisms across the IT organization.

Requirements:

10+ years IT and business/industry work experience with at least 3-4 years in running Governance of IT and Asset management functions; change management, and 5 years of experience in an IT PMO – Programs and projects tracking and reporting PMO setup.

Experience across IT Governance, PMO formulation and governance frameworks in retail or competitive industry.

Experience in defining governance frameworks, structures and related processes and policies.

Experience in a cross-functional role, effectively managing technology portfolio, program management, change management and execution of initiatives.

Commercial mindset with the ability to effectively manage large budgets, with adequate financial tracking.

Excellent analytical skills, being able to digest large amounts of data (numerical and text), identify the key issues and present these in a concise and clear manner to non-subject matter experts.

Results driven and energetic with a commitment to winning through collaboration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral & written)

Resilience, positive mindset, and ability to work under server pressure.
