Pertemps are delighted to be supporting a well-respected organisation who are looking for a Business Operations Coordinator to join them on a full time, contract basis. This role will be covering Maternity leave and will allow for the successful candidate to gain valuable expertise within a management level role.

This role will be essential in driving performance and supporting company goals to ensure first class customer experience. Within this position you will collaborate at all levels and work closely with the Commercial Director, IT Director, Chief Operating Officer, Marketing and Customer Experience Director and Training Manager. 

As the Business Operations Coordinator you will work with various business areas to understand their needs and support and advise with any issues and creating solutions which will allow for increased performance and satisfaction. Ensuring improvement is a key motivator within this role and ensuring relevant employee training is provided is essential.
