100% Remote role, must work EST time. Preference for candidates that are available to come onsite in Hartford, CT for big meetings.

Rate: $85 - $95 / hr. w2

Role Overview:

• Manages complex Agile programs/projects, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality objectives.
• Balances Agile Delivery with traditional Program Management to enhance software development efficiency.

Program/Project Management:

• Oversee development projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives, scope, and strategies are met.
• Initiate, track, and resolve project issues, ensuring projects stay on budget and schedule.
• Lead Agile processes to ensure timely delivery and releases.
• Monitor Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement in team processes and product quality.
• Develop and maintain realistic project plans, ensuring milestones are achieved and methodologies followed.
