Primary Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to align program strategies with organizational goals and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Prioritize initiatives based on business needs, available resources, and strategic objectives
- Program Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely completion
- Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to program success. Proactively address challenges and adapt plans as needed to meet objectives
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the program lifecycle
- Performance Measurement: Develop and implement metrics to evaluate program success and track progress. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize program outcomes
- Financial Management: Oversee program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Monitor costs to identify opportunities for savings while maintaining program quality
- Process and Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine program management processes to improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to drive operational excellence
- Reporting and Communication: Deliver regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting program progress, challenges, and accomplishments. Ensure transparency and clear communication across all levels of the organization
- Technical Expertise: Leverage knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), hybrid infrastructures, and domain-driven design to guide program decisions. Support teams in making informed architectural and technical trade-offs
- Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and compliance with security standards, particularly when working with PHI/PII data
