WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are actively seeking a Program Manager to join our team to create program management frameworks, processes, and governance for our clients. Specifically, an individual who is familiar with leveraging best practices to establish a Project Management Office (PMO) or to make improvements to an existing one. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large integrated programs, specifically focusing on digital transformation programs within IT in an agile environment. They will be able to collaborate closely with key business partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between project execution and strategic goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Reporting to our Resource Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will work remotely and focus initially on two initiatives. You will conduct a current assessment of our client’s project delivery standards, and their current practices for project governance and risk management. Your assessments will support your recommendations to design and implement a Project Management Office (PMO) tailored to meet the organization’s needs to ensure consistent program delivery across our client’s organization. You will establish the project portfolio management processes, including demand management, prioritization, and resource allocation. You will work with the IT line of business to develop PMO policies, templates, tools, and best practices for standardization.

You will also perform a comprehensive audit or assessment of our client’s existing Project Management Office (PMO) to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
