???? Salary: $120,00 - $180,000


Join a Enterprise Healthcare organization in a pivotal role as they build and empower a team of digital project managers, fostering innovation and driving strategic initiatives within the organization.


After centralizing all the PMs into one PMO, they are seeking an exceptional leader to manage and foster the growth of 6-8 digital project managers.


As a servant leader, you will focus on helping your team grow their skills, agency, and ownership, in an environment of empowerment and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovation and ensuring the successful design, implementation, and performance of key strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide inspirational leadership
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and advance their careers.
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment, valuing diverse perspectives for better outcomes.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor, guiding team members in setting and achieving their goals.


Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clinical teams, IT departments, vendors, and executive leadership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights on talent management, team dynamics, and organizational development.
  • Act as a champion for the digital programs team, advocating for resources and support.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.


Strategic Program Leadership:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of the strategic vision for the PMO.
  • Lead key program initiatives, including new technology implementations and business process optimization.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of key programs, from planning and budgeting to implementation and evaluation.



Required Skills and Experience:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related environment.
  • Direct reports management experience, handling teams with a minimum of 6 individuals.
  • Deep understanding of Agile and Change Management; able to champion Agile culture.
  • Kind, approachable, and fair; capable of fostering a supportive and developmental environment.
  • Comfortable with team members making and learning from mistakes.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and fairness.
